Somewhere in today, stop improving things. No plan, no list, no next step — for as long as it takes to drink one glass of water.
An old teacher told a room full of people: the one with nothing left to chase is the one worth being. He was not telling them to be lazy. Everyone in that room worked hard.
He meant something narrower. Most of the running is not towards the thing. It is towards the day you are finally allowed to stop. And that day is never on the list, so it never gets crossed off.
What are you chasing that you have never actually described to yourself?
You do not have to earn the right to sit still.
